Shipping Policies and Procedures:

The perishable nature of our products limits reliable shipping to the continental United States. We ship all orders UPS Next Day Air, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. Online orders are shipped the next available day following order confirmation by 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. We encourage our customers to advance order our delicious products well ahead of intended use, especially during holiday seasons, when all carriers can experience unforeseeable delays.

UPS does not ship on weekends, so Saturday through Tuesday deliveries are not possible. Deliveries can only be made to street addresses, not to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure all of the shipping information requested is provided to avoid any delays in delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to have someone available to sign for, and/or receive the delivery. Michelle Marie’s Patisserie cannot be responsible for packages left unattended at the delivery address, or for undeliverable shipments. Any customers who experience shipments stolen, delayed or returned to us for reasons beyond the control of Michelle Marie’s Patisserie will be referred to UPS for resolution.

Packages damaged during UPS shipping should be refused upon delivery, or returned to the sender immediately. Please notify Michelle Marie’s Patisserie of any problems as soon as possible by email. Replacement orders must be processed as a new order with payment. Any claims for potential credits or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when all details are available.
