Chocolate Espresso Nut Torte: fudge cake with dark French vanilla chocolate, espresso and almonds, finished in ganache. Lemon Curd with Fresh Fruit: white sponge cake filled with lemon curd and the season’s freshest fruit. Finished in buttercream.

Italian Rum Torte: white sponge cake sprinkled with Meyer’s dark rum and filled with Meyer’s rum pastry cream.

Three Mousse Torte: fudge cake layered with Valrhona dark chocolate, El Rey milk chocolate, and Valrhona white chocolate mousse. Chocolate Raspberry Mousse: white sponge cake layered with dark French vanilla chocolate mousse tossed with fresh raspberries. Finished in buttercream.
